Raccoon Creek Water Trails Association

The mission of the Raccoon Creek Water Trail Association (RCWTA) is:

“to encourage stewardship, environmentally responsible recreation, and economic and scenic opportunities in the Raccoon Creek Watershed… to promote natural and cultural resources through public access and education.”

Established in 2006, the RCWTA is comprised of paddlers, biologists and outdoor enthusiasts from around the area. Group activities include canoe floats through the Raccoon Creek watershed and representation at local festivals and events.

The Raccoon Creek Water Trail Association is seeking new members and is open to anyone with an interest in Raccoon Creek.
